wanted to say thank you to all of you who read and who comment on my blog .
I would love to keep my blog as a happy place but as you all know its not always possible !!
I do feel so much better for getting it off my chest and i do really appreciate your kind words .
I have had a stressful few weeks and i think being on my own this week was all too much !
But this afternoon i went and collected this fabric ... don't look at the floor it needs bleaching but i forgot to get any today , to busy stroking my fabric !!
Oh can you tell i have been painting too , i really must put down the paint brush when the phone rings ;0)
This bolt of fabric is one of my best recent finds and is already re-rolled and cut up already !
I have also got myself a pamper evening to go to so that has made me feel much better too , i do enjoy getting out and about with my things plus it would be nice to sell some things too .
It is lovely having himself home too but shhhh don't tell him ;0) .

Lovely fabric, not my colors, but very, very lovely...and giving me a craving to sew (too bad my hand-me-down has finally given up the ghost). And I won't tell himself...wouldn't want to give him an inflated ego or anything.
I am pleased that your guy is home, and that you are doing something to pamper yourself... I think we forget to look after ourselves all too often... The fabric reminds me of a bedspread my mum had back in the 70's isn't it wierd how everthing does the rounds again... Mr P will be so happy when the 80's come around again! ;)

I like Sara, partcularly less than perfect, un-varnished Sara. I like what you make and I like that you work so hard at it, I like that there's other stuff going on for you. I like the honesty and I think it makes your blog even more readable. (oh and I like the brown fabric too)
Fab fabric! Just catching up and had to leave a comment on your last post. I know exactly how you feel, blogging can make you feel a bit inadequate at times. What I put on mine is not how my life is all the time, we all have crap going on in our lives, I sweep all the junk lying around our house into a corner to take the photos, shout at my kids, sulk at my other half, swear like a trooper and often feel like life is spinning out of control. Keep on blogging, we all love reading your posts.
