playing

The sun has got me all inspired
ok yesterday was a bit of a blip i hope
and not back to the usual wet windy days we are used to at this time of year !!

so here we go this is what i have been playing at

i have brought back these cute flowers which used to adorn the fronts of my tissue cases and now for some reason i cannot stop making them !!

a cute Laura Ashley / Cath Kidston spotty heart filled with a generous couple of hand fulls of lavender and finished with a cute ribbon flower

some flower brooches just needing buttons and roses
especially for Mothers day
I have made a little ribbon purchase too
the gorgeous greeny blue velvet ribbon is for some more little bags for the spring

oooh and here's another little shot of my sewing room
I love my pink shopper it was a 75p find from the charity shop and it is great for paper storage !!
I still need some new storage and some time to get sorting the very large pile of fabrics
i no longer need !!
More fabric still to sell and to make into inspiration packs which have been popular
i will be adding some more very soon plus
i will be having another giveaway as it is nearly my 2nd blog birthday !!

Update ..... its 1.49 pm and i am sat drinking my lunchtime cup of tea after just installing the little stereo from downstairs upstairs in the sewing room ..
yay music at last and now
ItS SnOwInG outside !!!

Great shot of your sewing room! I love your sewing machine too!

What a good idea to use a bag for paper storage ~ might try that as I've got rolls of the stuff under the bed gathering dust!

Pretty flowers and photos ~ thank you for sharing them!
