Sunny bank holiday

Now i don't know about you but bank holidays are usually wet here in the glorious Peak district
so when its lunch time and the sun is still shining then there's nothing left to do but get out in that gorgeous countryside .. now it being sunny has its draw backs yes you guessed it everywhere and i mean everywhere was stuffed with visitors of the tourist type
Now we don't usually venture out to the touristy spots at anytime during the holidays but yesterday was the exception there were moments when i wanted to go home away from the crowds but we battled on and .... we went here

to do this

and scramble about around here

and we had lots of fun

and it was very tiring .. can you tell !!

Aaah. Now this reminds me of my childhood. I have vivid memories of climbing Hay Tor in Dartmoor (not the same part of the country I know but it looks similar). Well done for venturing off the beaten track. It looks like you found your own spot of paradise. Wonderful x
